On January 17, HUD sent an email to housing agency executive directors informing them of a new frequently asked questions (FAQ) document on positive rent reporting. The FAQ notes that HUD-assisted property owners–including housing agencies, Housing Choice Voucher program landlords, owners with project-based rental assistance, and owners of properties that received other HUD assistance (e.g., Section 202 or Section 811) may share positive rent payment data subject to certain conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
