Having accurate and timely information in VMS allows for the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) and administrative fee reconciliation process to take place ensuring that PHAs receive the correct amount of funding to run their voucher programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Housing agencies should begin reviewing the accuracy of their calendar year (CY) 2023 and CY 2024 VMS data.
