NAHRO CEO Adrianne Todman on the NYCHA Agreement
“More than 400,000 people rely on NYCHA for safe, stable housing, so it’s vital that decision-makers create solutions for NYCHA that will work. The most important outcome is getting funding out the door and into the repair of ailing buildings. That said, I also hope that the role of the federal monitor will not become just another layer of bureaucracy in an already overtaxed system.”
