Housing Update from Washington: Expedited Waivers and SEMAP/PHAS

Unsure what HUD’s current stance is on waivers and SEMAP/PHAS scoring? Come join NAHRO staff for a Housing Update from Washington this Thursday, March 3 at 1:30 pm ET to learn about the extension of the deadline to apply for an expedited waiver and where we stand with SEMAP and PHAS scoring. Additionally staff will address any updates on potential breaking news released this week from Capitol Hill.
