Congratulations to the Thirteen 2023″What Home Means to Me” Poster Contest Winners!
At the 2023 NAHRO National Conference and Exhibition in October, the Housing America Advisory Committee announced the 13 winners of this year’s “What Home Means to Me” Poster Contest.
Judged by a panel of nationally focused youth and/or housing professionals, the national poster contest is the culmination of numerous poster contests held by public housing authorities, states and regions all across the United States. Each of the eight NAHRO regions submits three posters (one from each age group) for consideration.
The 2023 grand prize winner is Braxton G., age 17, from the Bristol Development and Housing Authority in Virginia (Middle Atlantic Region). Her poster, pictured above, will be featured on the 2024 What Home Means to Me calendar cover.
Please join us in congratulating Braxton as well as the additional twelve national contest winners!
