Steven Molinari

Steven Molinari is a Policy Analyst on the Policy and Legislative Affairs team. His duties consist of policy presentations, qualitative and quantitative analysis of new regulations and, developing comment letters and other written communications. Steven continuously advocates for fully funded housing and community development programs that meet the needs of the country’s most vulnerable populations.

In his previous role, Steven worked for the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). During his time with HPD, Steven worked on implementing local housing policy and placing families experiencing homelessness into permanent housing. He holds a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from the City College of New York and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Binghamton University.

Steven is an avid traveler, decent cook, and a regional champion for the popular board game Settlers of Catan.
