Andrew Van Horn

Policy analyst Andrew Van Horn focuses on public housing and related topics. In addition to communicating PHA perspectives to HUD and to Congress, Andrew enjoys keeping NAHRO members informed about policy updates, participating in member conferences, and supporting the work of public housing agencies through data analysis. He also serves as staff liaison for the Small Agency Advisory Committee.

Before joining NAHRO in his current role, Andrew worked in the the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Housing. He holds an MPP from the University of Michigan.
