Committee Volunteer Form
On October 1, 2025, NAHRO will have a change in leadership, with new officers elected and new leadership committees and groups seated. NAHRO is seeking volunteers to serve at both the regional and national levels on the Board of Ethics and Credentialing Trustees (BECT) and various committees during the upcoming biennium, which runs from October 1, 2025, to October 30, 2027.
Committees are vital to NAHRO as they serve as forums for discussing program policies, products, services, activities, and initiatives, helping NAHRO achieve its objectives. Consequently, interested volunteers should possess a thorough understanding of the housing and community development industry and demonstrate sound judgment.

Selection Requirements & Process
- Allied Individual members and NAHRO Associates are eligible to take on leadership roles.
- The current NAHRO Senior Vice-President and the current Regional Senior Vice-Presidents will make committee and group appointments between May and July 2025 and will notify the appointees shortly after.
- Volunteers who are not selected for a committee or group will be notified and their names will be placed on a waitlist for consideration to fill any vacancies that arise throughout the term.
- The selected committee and group appointees are expected to attend the National Conference and Exhibition in Phoenix and pre-conference leadership meetings (September 27-30, 2025).
- The selected committee and group appointees are expected to participate in regularly scheduled committee meetings throughout the year (via Zoom) and attend the six (6) in-person conferences as registered and paid attendees scheduled during the 2025-2027 term.
