When and where is the NAHRO 2024 National Conference & Exhibition? 
NAHRO’s 2024 National Conference & Exhibition takes place September 26-28, at the Marriott Orlando World Center Hotel, located at 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL, 32821.

When does registration open?
Registration is now open thru September 18. Advance registration will close after September 18, and On-site Registration will open on September 25 at the conference hotel.

How much does it cost to attend?

  • Early Bird Registration Rate – The early bird registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration through August 15. Member: $695; Non-Member: $945
  • Regular Registration Rate – The regular registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration August 16-September 18.  Member: $795; Non-Member: $1045
  • On-Site/Same Day Registration Rate – The on-site registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration after September 18. Member: $895; Non-Member: $1145

What forms of payment does NAHRO accept?
Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are paying by check, download a hard copy registration form, complete and follow remittance instructions on form. Please note, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and processed.

What is the cancellation policy?
Conference registration cancellation must be submitted in writing by September 6 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail to conferenceregistration@nahro.org  in order to receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be granted after September 6 and NAHRO does not issue credit toward future events. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

What does the registration fee include?
Registration includes admission to all NAHRO-sponsored conference events including plenary and concurrent sessions; continental breakfasts and breaks; receptions; exhibit hall events; and access to the conference app.

What meals are included in the cost of my registration?
Registration includes the following:
-Continental breakfast on September 26, 27 and 28
-Lunch on September 26 and 27
-Heavy hors d’oeuvres and (1) complimentary beverage at the evening receptions on September 25, 26 and 27 

Will shuttling be provided between the conference hotel (Marriott) and overflow hotel?
Yes, shuttling will be provided. The shuttle will run roughly every 30-45 minutes during open conference hours each day, starting late afternoon on Tuesday, Sept 24, until 11am on Sept 28. Shuttle vehicles are handicapp-accessible.

Are you recording sessions? Is there a hybrid option for this conference?
All sessions will be live and in-person and sessions will not be recorded.  Virtual and hybrid options are not available. 

What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual attire is encouraged. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a sweater or jacket for the conference as sometimes the meeting room temperatures can fluctuate.  Average temperature in the Orlando area in mid-September is normally in the high 80s.  And don’t forget your umbrella.

Will wireless internet be available at hotel?
Complimentary Wi-Fi service will be available for attendees throughout the meeting space and exhibit hall.  Network and password information will be provided at badge pick-up.
