HUD Creates New HCV Homeownership Dashboard

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has created a new Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) dashboard. The dashboard shows a variety of metrics related to the homeownership program. These metrics include the number of active homeownership participants, the number of participants by PHA, the number of closings by month, the total closings since 2015, the total closings since 2015 by PHA, the number of new participants by month, the per unit cost, and the homeownership percentage of total program Housing Assistance Payments (HAP).
