NAHRO & Quadel Consulting are pleased to offer special co-branded deliveries of Quadel’s Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TaCCs) course at NAHRO Training Centers. The trainings offered through this exciting new partnership feature an exclusive discounted registration rate for NAHRO members. Upcoming NAHRO/Quadel TaCCs offerings are listed below.

Description: TaCCs is a one and one-half day workshop that provides comprehensive guidance on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance requirements, and the course includes the very latest IRS and HUD updates. Through extensive exercises and case studies, the TaCCs training leads participants through all of the critical compliance steps using a system of forms and monitoring tools covering all critical compliance areas. Participants receive a copy of Quadel’s nationally recognized TaCCs course book, a “plain English” reference manual designed to assist program staff perform daily functions more efficiently. (1.3 CEUs)

TaCCs Certification: A certification examination will be administered on the afternoon of the second day of the TaCCs training. The three-hour examination is open book and includes multiple choice and true/false questions, mini-exercises, and a case study.  Participants who successfully pass the examination receive the TaCCs certification designation and a formal certificate suitable for framing attesting to their proficiency. The TaCCs designation is recognized by professionals in the tax credit industry nationwide and provides employers the security of knowing that a TaCCs certified employee has mastered the complex issues faced by site managers administering the tax credit program.

Additional Cross-Program Compliance Modules: TaCCs deliveries at NAHRO Training Centers will be paired with all three of the following advanced training modules: Managing Compliance in Section 8, Section 236, and Section 202 & 811 Properties with Tax Credits; Managing Compliance in LIHTC Properties with HOME and CDBG Funding; and Managing Compliance in Properties with Public Housing Funding. These three modules are offered together as an optional one-day addition to the training. (0.65 CEUs)

Who Should Attend: Site managers, regional property managers, asset managers, owners, developers, syndicators, investors, and state and local agency staff.

Schedule & Agenda:

Based on a schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a lunch break from Noon – 1 p.m. Morning and afternoon snacks and refreshments are included with registration, and NAHRO Training Centers typically provide lunch.
